Chants are a type of burst skill exclusive to the Paragon warrior elite specialization. Chants produce an initial effect on cast to the user and their allies before consuming motivation to activate a refrain that pulses out boons and healing to nearby allies.
Refrains are a secondary skill effect of chants that pulse beneficial effects to allies in the area. Refrains drain motivation and deactivate when it is depleted. In addition, the effects of refrains become stronger depending on the current motivation level.
