Mistburned Barrens: Search-and-Rescue Challenge is an adventure in Mistburned Barrens in which the player has to check on lost kodan scouts in the area within a time limit.
Getting there[edit]
From Valravn's Vigil move north through the cave into the Hidden Sacrarium. Quiet Lagoon is located directly at the beginning of the area.
Mechanics[edit]

- Time until next hint: 1:00
This adventure is meant to utilize your warclaw to jump over to the temple structures but you can also use your other mounts, including your skyscale, which may give you a lot more control over the movement, giving you a bit more time to check where to go next. You may dismount at any time and move around freely but getting into the lower area of Hidden Sacrarium will end the adventure. Completing the challenge without dismounting your warclaw is required for the A Job for Warclaws achievement.
Start from Quiet Lagoon and move east to the first kodan scout and then move counter-clockwise on that level. At the end of the circle you will find a Mist Surge to move into the higher elevations where more scouts are positioned around the structures.
Every minute your warclaw will sense the remaining scouts and show you where you still need to go. The locations are pinged on the minimap, making this also available when using other mounts.
There are twelve scout locations:
- Ground level - 5x (SW, SE, E, NE, NW)
- First level - 1x (NW)
- Second level - 1x (N)
- Third level - 1x (NW)
- Fourth level - 3x (NW, E, S)
- Fifth level - 1x (W)
