i love the new design a lot more than the old. and this bark skin is saweet! the character customization options could be endless, can't wait to see what makes it to the game. --Moto Saxon 19:24, 8 August 2011 (UTC)

Bare tree with little to no leaves. Like trees in winter.195.132.200.66 01:02, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
And before you say anything Amanda: No, trees do not turn white or blue in winter. Get that notion out of your head before you say it. 173.190.25.97 02:00, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
I agree, I don't quite see the winter resemblance. If anything it more closely resembles a spring renewal to me than anything winter-bound. Then again, I can't say that I have experienced winter at all latitudes, so perhaps I am biased. Venom20 User Venom20-icon-0602-sm-black.png 02:16, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
@IP i wasnt thinkin that so keep quiet, but i thought since the cycle on night was winter itd be a lil more darker >.>--Angelkiss User IcyyyBlue Elementalist Blue.png 02:56, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
I have to agree with Venom, it looks more like "first leaves of spring" than anything wintry to me. But oh well, it is still far superior to the old green and orange children. -User Eive Windgrace Harbinger of the Deceiver.png 03:05, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
Thats what i thought was it was spring ;P it is better then green and orange ppl.--Angelkiss User IcyyyBlue Elementalist Blue.png 03:10, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
Maybe it can be made darker like this? (And sorry, I thought you were going to ask for white... people on the forums were like "How is that winter? It isn't white like snow" *facepalm* 173.190.25.97 03:21, 13 August 2011 (UTC)

There are two distinctly different sylvari skins, the summer and the winter. the main difference is that the summer skin is made up of leaves, where as the winter skin is made up mostly of bark. both can be dyed different colors for different looks. the texture is the main difference IMO. --Moto Saxon 04:39, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
