Copyvio

If clear attribution is made, what's the problem? Munroe posts on the site:

"This means that you are free to copy and reuse any of my drawings (noncommercially) as long as you tell people where they're from."

As far as I can tell, that condition is met and so there's no problem with this image? Correct me if I'm wrong. The issue I think we had with GuildWiki (who are also licensed under Creative Commons) was that by copying a page from there we would have to give clear attribution for each single edit, which would be difficult. Creative Commons BY-NC 2.5 is not compatible with the GNU Free Documentation License iirc. --hnzdvn 16:03, 8 June 2010 (UTC)

(Edit conflict) As far as i know, someone just imidiatly lobbed a copyright vio on it because it doesent look like your work. but ive also seen the copyright terms on those comics, and what santax has quoted is practicly the same.if there is no opposing party on this, the copyright will be romved. --Neil • 16:04, 8 June 2010 (UTC)

GFDL is a commercial license. That was the same problem with GuildWiki content, as far as I know. By the way, Neil, I added the copyvio tag because I knew it was a copyvio. pling 16:22, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
