No, there are male Sylvari. And there will probably be good male Sylvari; this is most likely one of the Sylvari who formed a splinter group.-- Shew 14:41, 28 August 2009 (UTC)

They don't look evil to me i think they're just like the creature in the trailer, creatures made of plants and stone who were awakened by the sylvari. And if the name "summoned" is official it even makes more sense --Majere 01:45, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

It reminds me that spell in Warcraft 3 where the keeper of the grove could use it to transform trees and plants into living fighting creatures, maybe the sylvari would be able to do so as well --Majere 01:49, 31 August 2009 (UTC)
