What 'scythe' do you mean? This skill is a spear necromancer skill, called Reaper's Scythe. If you want an actual weapon skin that is a scythe, take a look at the Destroyer Scythe. And last, but not least, the necromancer elite specialization reaper has access to Reaper's Shroud, which uses a ghostly scythe to attack (complete with visual effects).
