Given that they are called "Creature Trophy Icons", I'd say that they are the icons for items dropped by various creatures (which are generally specific to a certain creature or creature-family). -- Frozzen 08:09, 22 December 2011 (UTC)

Yep. This was one of the four sheets (I think there were only four) that Aspectacle and I stumbled across on Dave Bolton's art blog. They've been taken down now, but those sheets have been an invaluable source of high resolution skill and item icons. Aqua (T|C) 17:37, 22 December 2011 (UTC)
