Regarding the copyright problem

Looking at Asja's facebook page (still being a student??) and other sources she currently doesn't have a photo available for publishing that isn't a copyright problem. she is in my personal opinion very talented but still starting in her career. Has anyone approached her bout this. If I'm correct, if she makes an account here and uploads her picture, there would not be any copyright violations here (but we have to be sure it is her). I'm willing to ask her at her facebook page, but maybe a more experienced wiki user wants to do that instead. Ranique (talk) 23:00, 29 July 2013 (UTC)

I asked Poke to delete the image so I could upload it again. I asked Asja for permission on facebook and she was very kind to give it. So now it is uploaded with the proper permission.Ranique (talk) 19:39, 7 August 2013 (UTC)

Um... isn't that the exact same image? You could've just modified the licensing instead of deleting the original and re-uploading it. —Dr Ishmael 19:58, 7 August 2013 (UTC)

Yip, that could have done, but that could be explained as that the original upload was done in line with the policy's. That wasn't the case, it was taken from her facebook. This way there isn't a legal doubt that I am responsable and not the original uploader (and I got her permission to do so). Ranique (talk) 20:11, 7 August 2013 (UTC)
