General Merchant	0	Guild Initiative Registration	Adds a merchant with harvesting and salvage tools to the guild's private locations.
Guild Vault: Stash	0	Guild Initiative Registration	Grants access to a 50-slot guild vault and gold storage.
Repair Anvil	0	Guild Initiative Registration	Adds a repair anvil to the Guild Initiative Headquarters and the guild's hall, if they have one.
Expedition to Windswept Haven	0	Guild Initiative Registration	Travel to the Windswept Haven entrance tunnel, located northwest of Garden of Seborhin in Vabbi. Meet Hashim and drive the Mordant Crescent out to claim this guild hall.
Expedition to the Gilded Hollow	0	Guild Initiative Registration	Travel to the Gilded Hollow entrance tunnel, located beneath the gold city at the center of the Auric Basin. Meet Kogga inside the hollow and clear the Mordrem infestation there to claim this guild hall.
Expedition to the Lost Precipice	0	Guild Initiative Registration	Travel to the sunken shrine that marks the hidden entrance to the Lost Precipice, in the northwest part of the Verdant Brink. Meet Sarah McKenzy inside the precipice and clear the Mordrem infestation there to claim this guild hall.

Guild Portal	10	Guild Hall Obtained	Add a portal device to the guild hall, allowing guild members to quickly travel as a group to missions and other destinations.

• Note that the three "Expedition to the __" upgrades appear briefly in the guild panel but are replaced by "Guild Hall Obtained" are hidden from the guild upgrade panel, and disappear from the guild panel upon completion of the guild claiming event.
