Notes

• Having a Quartz Crystal in your inventory will prevent the dialogue appearing to charge the oiled component. Removing the Quartz Crystal from the character's inventory will resolve this.
• It is recommended to charge the item at Pact Airship Wreckage hero point which is located on the Canopy over Noble Crash Site, east of the  Faren's Flyer Waypoint — .
