Wing's Shadow is the right wing of Kralkatorrik which has been pinned down by chunks of the Underworld and Fissure of Woe when Kralkatorrik was forced out of The Mists. It looms over the mouth of a cave that tunnels beneath the Elder Dragon from the Underworld landmass to Pact Command.
