Veteran Quaggan Shamans were strong quaggans that created storms in the Alpine Borderlands. They are often accompanied by Quaggan Guards

After Help the quaggans build their weather node, they will assault the nearby keeps. And after Capture the Temple of Storms to gain quaggan aid, they will assault nearby camps.
