Veteran Flame Legion Effigy

Veteran Flame Legion Effigies are strong charr constructs. They are composed out of wicker animated by Flame Legion shamans using enchantments, burning with magical fire that grants them mobility and strength. Their presence invigorates Flame Legion.^[1]

Firestorm - AoE field that rains down fire over 3 seconds, dealing separate pockets of AoE damage within the circle and burning for 3 seconds.
Lava Jet - Channeled spell that creates an AoE field, dealing damage every second over 3 seconds and launching with the final pulse.
