How did you end up with the Ebon Vanguard?

When I was a child, I hung around the Vanguard Hospital. The soldiers had the most amazing stories. Despite the long odds, their conviction never faltered. They had something worth fighting for.

Tell me about the difference you mentioned.

Back at Divinity's Reach, it's all gossip and intrigue, like who is in power and who isn't. Here it's survival, making it through another day. I guess we appreciate every day out here.
