Hi there, Zenkhir, and welcome to the wiki! The wiki documents what is presented in-game, whether it makes sense or not. I see you've uploaded an icon [[:File:User Zenkhir Blindness Immunity.jpg|here]] of what you consider an improvement over the current icon for the Utility Goggles effect. Unfortunately, the wiki cannot implement such an icon (and I am doubtful ArenaNet themselves would). However, if you want to provide feedback on how they can improve the current icon, I suggest you head to the official forums and provide feedback there.
