I thought i had seen it all but i witnessed this evening an engineer able to drop the champ abomination health bar by 3 millimeters in 5 seconds. It effectively means some players can do around 50.000 dmgs in 5 seconds. He had a piss poor tactic causing him to eat almost every champ hit when he was not able to spam blinds but who need tactic when you can do shit loads of damages. I finally figured out how to make the loop that involve the giant kol skullsomething and have been able to make 12 giants today (something i wont do in the futur because of how brainwashing it is, i wonder if i even have any neurons left in my brain with those idiotic achievements). So you kill the thing, you rez a woman, she finds her husband, he open a door, you kill a war council, some horses attack a village, a horse champ arrive, you kill it and the woman that lead to the giant will reset. Blue Ray[edit]

I hadnt seen the necessity to buy a movie on blue ray until now because i got a natural built-in real time anti aliasing system that comes with a bad sight of mine, wich make any HD content useless for me. The problem is that since my comp have a blue ray drive, i thought i would, for once, buy some blue rays. Little did i know that in order to read a blue ray on my comp, i must also buy a crappy player developped by retarded programmers going by their first year of experience, which is in fact more an advertisement platform (like a bunch of other stuff these days) than a player. I stoped watching TV eons ago, i will not even start watching blur ray DVDs unless we some day got a legitimate way to watch it since we baught it. What next ? Purchase an air breather the day of your birth or renounce to live and return in your mom's belly ? I tell you what, there is a world wide contest taking place at the moment, and participants are no genius. Fire your marketing staff, and you will instantly save millions of dollars a year, listen to them and things like Cendrillon In the far West happen. Fucking planet... Tequatl[edit]

After having experienced this event a few times it occured to me that it all comes down to a single thing: new comers (and sometimes the not-so-new comers as well) just dont know what to do. Here are some simple hints that i broadcast on the battlefield from time to time when i am bored to see the event failing before Tequatl reaches 25% life.

Back line/Front line:
- About rezing: all warriors should equip the elite that rez everyone in its area of effect. Dont waste precious time by even focus rezing, it's still too slow compared to "hocus pocus: 10 men are on their feets again in 2 seconds".

Back line (canons):
- Even when a canon is destroyed you can STILL bring it back to life by using the tools available in the crates near those canons. So dont move all at once to the nearest non-downed canon, re-build the one you were defending, and repair it from time to time. If 100% of the canons are in downed state, the event fail.
- Dont let the abominations build frenzy. Frenzy you must not let the abominations build. The abominations, frenzy, you must not allow to build. I will repeat it again 100 times until your chimp brain register this info.
- When surrounded i head towards the nearest jump platform and sky-tocket myself out of danger. Alive you can sky rocket back seconds later, when downed you are a burden for the others.

Front line (big stinky chicken):
- When a tidal wave appear i simply dodge roll towards its center, hence taking NO damage.

Bugs bugs bugs bugs[edit]

- I dont like champs that reset at will when they lost too much health.
- I dont like being kicked out of a dungeon i just finished so that i wont get the chest.
- I dont like not being able to swap to a suited weapon when i encounter a boss because a cinematic launched just when i switched weapon and this bug now have been around for enough time.
- I dont like having the aura that tells you that you are in combat still 4 minutes after you are not in combat.
- I dont like losing half my health while walking on a little rock because the engine suddenly think i fell 20 times from a cliff.
- I dont like people who wank instead of working on their game.

Of all the "fictions" that involve this man, this one particularly affected me, something to do with a Ms Annie Crook. I say fiction but when you think of it, a story wich bear some similiraties "could" just as well have occured in the few last decades, making you wonder... But as Captain Alive once said, sometimes it's best to not know or try to find out. I will just conclude by saying that more often than not, women pay an unjustified price for the folly of men.

The Doge[edit]

Ladies and gentlemen, hear the story of Magic Pazio "The Doge", who in 826 goes to Alexandria with 2 guys, makes a holdup at the reliquary and return to Venise with San Marco's relic (at this time, having such a relic in a town makes it a capital because of the masses who come for it). This exploit stay unrivalled to this day. Yseron - Serge Yseron (talk) 18:20, 17 October 2013 (UTC)

History - in wich you learn about the birth of the "bad eye" and "philosopher's stone" and the early fundations of modern police[edit]

Just when you thought you learned everything there was to learn on your country at school, you discover that it was one hell of a fun house. Let me tell you the story of the "end" of an era of poisoning under the reign of Louis XIV. This affair begin with one chest, then two men, then 100 people and finally europe.

1672, a dead man chest is found, containing vials of poison and some very disturbing stuff: love letters, promises to pay... Now remember that at this time, scientific police do not exist, only hardened steel tempered men who never knew the meaning of the word "lazy". Louis XIV, like any smart king, got two ministers who are in perpetual competition, signaling the traps of the other: Louvois and Colbert. Louvois is assigned the task of investigating, see a chance to eliminate his competitor. And Colbert's gonna pay...

Starting from there it's going to be one hell of an investigation. Mac La Reynie put François Desgrez on the case (a Columbo of this time). This one stalks Brinvilliers, "The Marquessa", across the country and find her in a convent at a remote location in the country. During this chase, she moved across the country more than six times, and crossed the border multiple times. Why this insisting chase ? Heavy weight figures gravitating around Louis XIV got their names in these letters, The Marquessa on top. The problem is that Desgrez is the kind of man who sneeze in the middle of bodies left by a serial killer while scratching his ass wondering if the weather will be fine tomorrow, but more importantly, he is one of the actors of "modern" police. One by one, The Marquessa spit the facts, Desgrez got all his time, he's been running for four years.

So what is it that a marchioness, a marquessa, do for fun when bored. Dont faint, here comes the xoxxo list of "The Marquessa":
- Sodomy (by her on others)
- Murder
- Incest
- Black mass with childs murdering (accounted for around 2000 of them, a case unresolved until then)
- Poison making
etc

We are only begining. Take a whisky and a cigar.

Louvois wont stop until he can connect one of the cases to Colbert, he order La Reynie to keep his man on what are now "The cases". A few figures emerge from the confessions, for the moment it only involve a few women, one in particular is renown for offering her "services" to folks who visit her discretly at night. Desgrez is in his element. Soon he trap LaVoisin, who got "wonderfull abilities" in the domains of aborption, palm reading, dark invocations, and other scientifically proved stuff. A report, from which a passage have been mysteriously erased at a point reading "he rolled up his sleeves" disgustingly point some names. They are duchess, marquis, barons, courtisans, you name it.

What do these good people have in common ? The story of humanity: jealousy, greed, an old husband who just wont die, a young lad to conquer with dozens of mysterious vials. 30 books the size of my bed will be filled with names, facts, confessions (they still exist). The motives noted in the police records of "The cases" are stunningly trivial. But not all of them. The more they investigate, the more incredibly huge this network of poison makers grow. It's going to be a bad day for La Reynie, and for all the folowing days of a good part of his life.

In the end, in the sole town of Paris, one hundred networks of poison makers will be dismantled. Reports continue flying towards now a whole portion of Versailles dedicated to "The Cases". Colbert smell the wind of change as some cases studies seem to be more and more focused on people he knows. He's going to counter attack.

Now remember that we deal with men who built fortunes with subtle plans whose ambitions rivall those of Black Adder. Admire the technic, feast your eyes on the artist, contemplate the meticulous engineer: Another case is brought to the attention of the king. when one single arrest finally put the hammer down on Louis XIV, it is because he learn that one of his favorite (at this time king were allowed to have as many women as they wished), used the services of a poison maker. The dedicated police section is dismantled, king's letters are burned, witnesses disappear. 50 people are sentenced to prison for life with one unsique order: shhhhh... Stay quiete, stay alive..

Total score for this era ? Ladies and gentlemen, hear the score of a century when marquis disguised false money factories as laboratory in search of the philosopher stone secret, when epidermal poison was mistaken for what will be called "the bad eye" by ignorants paysans, wich saw hundreds of networks of poison makers across the country fall (all over europe in fact, guns were not the trend yet because it had to be invented), wich finally did extinct itself because of war and revolution, and could have go on if not for a beautyfull pair of blue eyes and the king's reputation...

Keep your hands clean, Jack, keep your hands clean...

I stumbled across a code where a programmer was attempting to achieve randomness by combining no less than 8 rand() in a function. As normal people know it this could very well end in the DWTF since rand() functions are alaredy built as to get the most uniform distribution possible (every number has the same chance to be selected). So in fact he broke the randomness of his... thing (eww) wich become visible when you build a graph to see the distribution of such a frankenstein function. Pacos pacos[edit]

In the 70s, a gold rush occured in the north of Matto Grosso, at Peixoto. Thousands of people arrived, full of shiny dreams. Soon thievery and murders occured daily, but one day, gold became rare and people left. But those who werent rich enough to leave stayed and became farmers. This is the story of those people who must rely on ingenuity every day in order to survive, and their pacos pacos, unique funny rolling miracles built using every thing and anything, capable of going everywhere for 2 cents. There you wont meet any celebrity, but if you one day lose your cat, all you have to do is to walk to the TV station and rent a few minutes of audience in order to appear on TV and deliver your message. You will also barter more than you pay with real money, but nobody there knows hunger. So what's the secret of those ageless Pacos Pacos (for ever in our hearts) ? Inusable water-pump engines left by gold-miners, they will still be rolling in one hundred years...
