Keep in mind, this was written by Skritt so it does not have perfect spelling.
It appears the papers on the board in front of the SS Topsy-Turvy is a "Task Bord" with lists of items they need and obstacles and tasks they have to complete in order to rebuild the ship.
There is another board to the right with some big pictures on it that seem unimportant and the written text on them is illegible.

One thing I have noticed is that when you complete the jumping puzzle there, you receive a dowser that you can give to Veteran Kri'chta. All he does when you give it to him is spin around then he groans about the "water backlog". On the paper marked "A" it says "Water Baklog Burn Down Botilnek" which implies there is something above Kri'chta that is blocking the water from coming down full force. I have attempted to get to the spot where that water falls down(spent hours really), but I have not found a way to get there. This may be something they will add later or maybe never.
Another thing to note is the map; it shows two x's, one is labeled "Old Boat" the other "New Boat".
- Old boat location is in an area that is not unlocked on the current map. I think, however, it is safe to assume Skritt live in that area and possibly a more intelligent group of Skritt than what we have seen. Also, the entire Skritt group may have moved here and there are none left int he old location.
There is also an npc dialogue that says repairs should take 2-5 weeks. This may indicate it will be in the next living world story release or the one after that. This may also very well be a never ending repair process Anet didn't really think anyone would did that deep into and I'm just obsessing.
