The Warmspring Grotto Point of Interest and the Ancient Cave Spring Skill Point that both appear from outside of Cragstead to be located within the instance, disappear after entering the Cragstead instance. This is because access is actually outside of the instance, which was kindly pointed out to me by Noggieca.

The Skill Point and Point of Interest are not in the instance, in a tunnel with spiders North of the Cragstead instance entrance and south of the Way point. Noggieca 19:16, 22 February 2014 (UTC)

The inside-instance-map and outside-instance-map for Cragstead do not align, giving rise to this situation. IMHO this is a bug that should be addressed. More information is located under Cragstead.
