- Was introduced during Wintersday: The Wondrous Workshop of Toymaker Tixx. Originally, players could obtain the materials from Tixx's Infinirarium, Wintersday Gifts and Festive Lionguard during Wintersday and craft the tonic in the Mystic Forge.
