How can there only be one guard?

The elementals keep us safe. In all honesty, I really don't do anything. I'm here more to keep up appearances than anything else.

Aren't you at all worried about the elementals?

Why would we be? They've been here longer than I have and there's never been an issue. To be honest, if they did attack, we wouldn't have a chance anyway. Why worry?

How am I supposed to protect this town now? It's just me! What did we do to drive the tower away?

You're the only guard in town?

We always had the elementals before, to keep the peace. The only one left is the one trained by the Master Elementalist, but it's not capable of defending the town, just training the workers.
