What are town clothes?

They're a fashion people used to wear when they weren't fighting. As you can imagine, it's inconvenient to change from them into armor and back with all the combat here.

So what do you do with town clothes?

Some we are able to reinforce to be usable in combat. Some we trade for endless tonics, which give unlimited temporary appearance changes to a similar look.
