Tournament Master was a norn located in Hall of Memories, standing near Lost Agora Square. With the introduction of PvP League, she was replaced by the League Vendor.

- I can tell you about unranked and ranked arenas and help you enter one, if you'd like.
First, tell me about the unranked and ranked arenas.
- You have a hidden rating value based on your opponents' skill. This is used to find you more competitive matches. You may queue alone or in a party. Ranked arenas have a public-facing leaderboard.

- Selecting the arena browser dialogue option opened up the PvP panel. Moving too far from the Tournament Master would close the panel.
