Notes

• This skill has a minimum range of about 240 units. It can't target closer than that.
• This skill is obtained by picking the snowball that the black cats are playing with in the player's home instance after they have been unlocked.
• The bundle from this skill lasts about 1 minute, then it expires and disappears.
• The bundle is also destroyed upon using the skill, but a new Snowball is created if the skill hits a location with a valid path to target.
