• Over Shield — Shield skills grant protection to nearby allies. Protection on you gains increased damage reduction.
• Automated Medical Response — Grant regeneration to nearby allies when you use a healing skill's associated tool belt skill.
• Soothing Detonation — Heal nearby allies when using a tool belt skill.
• Energy Amplifier — Your healing power is increased while you have regeneration.

Mechanist

• Exigency Protocols — When your mech is struck while under half health, it activates Exigency Protocols, gaining damage reduction and regeneration for a short duration. Regeneration boons you apply are stronger.

• This skill isn't ground targeted when underwater, and has detonation sequence.

July 10, 2018	(Undocumented) Elixir H: This skill now grants protection for 2 seconds as well as regeneration and swiftness for 4 seconds instead of randomly granting one of them for a higher duration.
August 25, 2015	(Underwater): Fixed errors with the skill-fact display from the traits HGH and Alchemical Tinctures.
June 23, 2015	Specialization update: Recharge reduced from 30 seconds to 25 seconds.
November 04, 2014	Fixed an issue in which boons given by this skill had the wrong durations when traited with Potent Elixirs. Also fixed the incorrect skill facts that appeared when traited with Potent Elixirs.
