This should proc

on Shadow Protector - "When you stealth an ally, they gain regeneration for 5 seconds. " since Regeneration gives bursted heals. (check on the wiki page for healing) and on Assassin's Reward - Heal yourself whenever you use a skill that uses initiative. Heal yourself for each point of initiative spent.

It's inconsistent, but generally when they say "proc on a heal", it must be done using a healing slot skill, not just a skill or a trait proc that heals. Pika Fan 12:42, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
