Is it still bugged? and if yes, does this also allow you to wear cultural armor of another race by making it accbound? --37.24.157.230

AFAIK there has been no bugs at all with this. But to answer your question no and no it won't happen either. Armor, is basicly a redesign of your character. It doesn't stretches like real clothes. So for example a dungeon armor, the exists 19 forms of it, equipping an armor piece on e.g. a female norn will give it the female norn form. Equipping it on a male Charr will give it that form. There is no e.g. asura female from for char cultural armor. If it was transmutable you should see an empty armor set running around (and if you look inside you see a tiny asura-head). Please udnerstand this might feel like an alternative reality, but it is based on computer graphics and it's logical limitations. The fact that you can't mutate this way is deifnitly not a bug!! 195.240.63.18 18:44, 29 March 2013 (UTC)
Is it worth noting that the Crystals can be used to wear armor skins of an Order you dont belong to? Provided you have an alt to acquire the armor and transmute it for your main, of course.
Would probably fit into the article Transmutation more, since after transmuting an order skin onto armor with lower stats, you then just use normal transmutation stones if you want to do it again onto non-80 armor, as I've done for my engineer who's using vigil leggings and whisper shoulderpad, hehe.
