Proposed move[edit]

Surely Hard Boiled covers the instance. --Claret (talk) 18:20, 19 June 2013 (UTC)

Battle for Lion's Arch: Aftermath[edit]

The scene that takes place here during the Battle for Lion's Arch: Aftermath patch doesn't have a name other than 'The Dead End' as far as I can see o: I'm guessing I should be transcribing it to a separate page, not here, but any ideas what I should name the page, if this scene was playing out during the regular instance of the bar? :) Gwylen (talk) 20:07, 18 March 2014 (UTC)

It's going to be quite semantic at this point. I'd go with "The Dead End (instance)" for the normal instance and "The Dead End (Living World instance)" for the Aftermath instance.--Relyk ~ talk < 00:41, 19 March 2014 (UTC)
No reason to have normal instance with a unique suffix. It was like that originally but was made as it is now for consistency with all other instances in cities (such as Seraph Headquarters). If it really is needed to make a new article - rather than putting in the dialogue here no different than we did for Thunder Ridge Camp, then do The Dead End (Aftermath) - doing (Living World instance) would get messy cuz we have The Dead End: A Study in Scarlet and the other one from the Edge of the Mists - they are living world instances. I would prefer doing the former (treating it like we did with Thunder Ridge Camp dialogues and the A Very Merry Wintersday dialogue - the only difference is that we get a reward when the dialogue ends - likely just to show "hey, the dialogue ended.") Added, Although it does seem a little long for the main dead end page imo, plus with the rewards and the talk to: dialogue halfway inbetween, I think it'd probably be more suited for it's own page (seeing as the Thunder Ridge Camp dialogue was only ambient, whereas the player actually has some inclusion in this) o: Not sure, but it'd be easy enough to copypaste it across now, either way :) Gwylen (talk) 00:38, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
Ah, it seems I was too slow and Sialor beat me to it xD It's own instance page looks better either way, so I've undone it :) Gwylen (talk) 00:41, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
once the two dialogue dupes get merged a disambiguation should be placed at the top. -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 16:43, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
