I don't understand why this one is simply 6, and all the others are a percentage. What makes this good?

The way it works

I am attempting to make a Superior Sigil of Bursting and wiki says that the sigils are gotten from salvaging Pearl weapons (listed on page). I used my Huntsman to make 2 different of the weapons listed in your instructions but neither was completed with a pre-slotted sigil. Nor did either give me a sigil of any kind upon salvaging. As far as I can tell your instructions regarding this method of attainment are no longer correct. At some point in the past (I've played 11 years) I've obtained the instructions for making a MINOR sigil of Bursting but unfortunately not the major nor the Superior. I didn't wish to continue making more of these weapons to determine if they were all incorrect. Please check and correct the method of attainment. I've also attempted using Discovery as the list of requirements is available and I've all the materials. However, when I begin the Discovery process, most of the necessary materials will not appear in the listing of materials. I've had this happen before when I already have the recipe but I've triple checked and do not currently have the Superior Sigil recipe. Please provide the correct instructions for crafting as these are currently costing almost 9 gold in the TP.

Yes this page is misleading. If you follow the links to those particular pearl weapons, you will see they are the version available for beta characters only.

The beta weapon pages need marking as historical content.

The only two source of this Sigil are (A) to craft it directly (if you have unlocked the recipe, which you have not), or (B) buy directly from the trading post. Only B is available to you. -Chieftain Alex 06:05, 27 March 2024 (UTC)
