I'm not sure how to add it, but the vendor for this rune is the Itzel Mastery Vendor. A number of other items from this vendor also do not have information on how to acquire them. --Btrav528 (talk) 17:34, 16 August 2016 (UTC)

Clarification

Something I came to the page for to know: Does the 6-piece bonus trigger if non-autoattack effects by poisoned foes hit me? More specifically, would it trigger at say, the Vale Guardian fight, from the constant damage in the room? -Carighan (talk) 05:43, 1 September 2016 (UTC)

Each attack has a source assigned. You can check your combat log to see what that source is about 90% of the time. Sometimes, with these ambient effects, the source is your own character. Presuambly, if you are  Poisoned, you would receive the bonus. SarielV 16:14, 1 September 2016 (UTC)
