move -> summon sylvan hound[edit]

attempted a search directly spelling name correctly from in-game listing. wiki states it as this skill (which does exact same thing). information on how to move or rename entire pages isn't easy to find on this wiki. 98.134.216.217 18:43, 10 February 2013 (UTC)

I play a Sylvari and this summon is not in my skill tree. Is it because I play a Necromancer?

Sign your comments next time. And yes you have this skill if you a sylvari. It is a racial skill and independent of your chosen class. Look down at the 10 point elite skills. Nay the One and Only User Nay the One and Only SIG.jpg 21:55, 3 February 2014 (UTC)

5 seconds of bleed (x1) and 5 seconds of poison (x1)[edit]

Just tested in the Aerodrome. Each hit inflicts 1 stack of poison and 1 stack of bleed for 5 seconds (says 4 but I think it's counting down as 4.99 seconds until 0. The poison also triggers Putrid Defense on Necro and gives life force when it disappears after 60 seconds --GoingMenthol (talk) 16:27, 9 February 2022 (UTC)

Known traits and other things that can be triggered[edit]

General

Might affects condition damage but seemingly not power, fury on yourself doesn't affect hound, triggers "Adventure Guide: Volume One - Applying Conditions" so conditions applied by the hound is as if you are the source. Hound affected by your Condition Damage and Duration

Necromancer

Blood Bond, Putrid Defense, Corrupter's Fervor, Barbed Precision, Parasitic Contagion, Dark Gunslinger

Ranger

Taste for Danger

Mesmer

Illusionary Membrane (I think), Chaotic Persistence
