Has anybody seen how much critical strike chance this adds just yet?-- DrakeWurrum 01:07, 9 May 2012 (UTC)

Was wondering... with ShortBow, as it is an AoE weapon, and each wep-skill#1 (arrow), strikes multiple enemies, from various directions...(or I do believe thief prof. has a trait for a % of time wepskill#1, well...I'd say any...pistol shot to bounce to additional targets aswell) Has there been any testing as to whether these "Side Strikes" actually increase the % to crit when the arrows bounce b/t enemies and hit the enemy not in their front...? very interested... I'll look into this as well... Thx RogueTigeR (talk) 00:36, 1 June 2013 (UTC)

With Side Strike active in traits, after 339 (sry... not the biggest sample) Trick Shot attacks (each skill activation being 3 attacks: initial to golom, from golom to side golom, and from side golom back to original golom); recording 1st strikes (head on) vs. side strikes (from targeted golom to periphery and then from periphery back to original) I found head on my crit's were: 27 crits/113 attacks 23.89%; where as "bouncing" side-attacks were in summation 62 crits/226 attacks 27.43%. [1] (documentation of testing... if interested).
Note that w/ such small sample size there were outlying streaks in each set (attk 1,2,&3) so the %'s are a little closer than preferred.
so basically the results are: bouncing attacks between multiple enemies IS affected by this trait.--RogueTigeR (talk) 07:03, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
