It truncated my comment when I submitted the image, so I wanted to put it here even if just briefly, but in essence, I realize the pic isn't that much better based off of the visibility/resolution tradeoffs, revert if you want, I may try again anyways or eventually find a hobby[edit]

"In yet another misguided attempt to save mankind via creation of the definitive Guild Wars 2 Wiki article on Shashoo (know historically from Van Hoytl's "Female Quaggan Who Looks Like All the Others but Carriers a Different Stabby-Thing"), I tried for a better picture (with the help of an awesome mate, who generously let me tag along for the most excellent quaggan saving mission everrrrrrrr! TY!!!).

It's higher rez, but still dark and a bit messy. Truthfully I flipped the image, I don't know how to do that on computer (or if such a thing is even possible), so I purchased a large castle in Brest, Finistère (it's in the western-most tip of France for those of you who skipped that part of memorizing all 96 departments in France cross-referenced with the location of their castles in your High School Geography Class/23-minute Counterintelligence/Foreign Language crash course hastily shouted at you by someone you outrank who desperately needs a breath mint before the light goes on and you start paradropping into a hot zone) and much to the horror of the locals, I used the side of it to recreate the image largely (as to keep detail) but in the reverse and from memory. In retrospect I should have used less Prussian Blue and more Seashell before taking a picture of it :/ .

Please revert if you think that best. I don't mind, I may have to divert more time from my job at the cancer research/world peace/horcrux removal lab and dedicate more hours to completing my holy quest before it destroys me, like it did my father, and his father before him, and the rest of the Knights Templar... Or maybe it was to find the grail or something, I don't know, I'm not big on reading the manual, this just makes sense.

And as an aside to France, if any of you are reading this, in my defense I didn't know it was the "oldest castle in the world still in use," and the children love it, so please let me return to your country." Shashooz (talk) 01:02, 21 May 2014 (UTC)

Hat mix-up[edit]

So she is a female quaggan but wears a hat/harness I usually see on the defenders (which I assume to be male, but that's probably a bad assumption based on cultural stereotypes, and orca pods are usually led by a matriarch), I wonder which she was supposed to have, and what the hats actually mean if anything. My theory is that one is for mothers/matriarchs, one is for hunter/defender types, and the big conical ones are perhaps some sort of elder, although the pastkeepers don't seem to wear them... Oh reading the quaggan culture page indicates a hat I haven't seen yet, and that they're supposed to be more individualized forms of expression, I think it was maybe low on the list of things to program, but it would be cool to see quaggans with more diversity or perhaps with randomly generated small silly objects tied to their hats... But the same could be said about all of the new races and diversity... Shashooz (talk) 01:02, 21 May 2014 (UTC)

Oh a vistor!?!?! Come into the light! We don't get many visitors in these parts. Not since the "disappearances!!!" And all of those unsolved hat-related muuuuurduuuurs! EheeheeEeheehee! EEE HEE HEE HEEEE HEEEEEEEEEE (that's my best impression of a old white haired prospector-type with bad teeth holding a lantern and laughing maniacally and somehow very loudly as you run through the woods) Hahaha, ya, I need a new hobby... Hat related murders? Since when did we start talking about Team Fortress 2? Psycho Robot (talk) 04:05, 21 May 2014 (UTC)
