Thought I posted... people believe, but could not confirm, that the Secrets in the Swamp chain begins at dusk - which follows the dialogue of one of the nearby NPCs which reads a journal stating that portals are stronger at night. Konig/talk 18:49, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
