Where does this come from? Is it a mystic forge item, random drop, I can't find it anywhere and even the trading post doesn't list it at all (not even as "out of stock"). Can anyone confirm this is even in the current version of the game? And if so, where it can be acquired from? Nay the One and Only 06:32, 12 September 2013 (UTC)

The api hides all items not found by players yet so if it wasn't discovered by someone it will not show there. Waldir B (talk)
