I got this item from either a fractal drop or PvP reward track reward. It's most likely obtainable from both. BlackAnthem (talk) 16:34, 8 October 2015 (UTC)
- Pretty sure it must've been PvP since I'm pretty sure the armor only drops as certain peices in fractals.--BlackAnthem (talk) 16:42, 8 October 2015 (UTC)

- Each PvP track can drop any ascended armor/weapon chest, it's not specific to one. —Ventriloquist 20:24, 8 October 2015 (UTC)
