i'm pretty sure its a preview of some canthan armor.

it's probably one of the gem-store armor skins, A-net will most probably put this one (and most likely 2 others (medium and heavy) up for sale).

It's new/unique AFAIK (could be wrong), but if so there's no information on when/if players will ever get it. It's incredibly similar to some necro armor from GW1, BTW. Vahkris (talk) 16:29, 20 June 2013 (UTC)
