Reusable?[edit]

Is it safe to assume it is reusable/replenishable? Does anybody know? Kormon Balser User Kormon Balser Tango-dervish-icon-small.png 02:46, 17 May 2012 (UTC)

Nope, same as any cooking ingredient / crafting material - consumed on use. —Dr Ishmael User Dr ishmael Diablo the chicken.png 02:54, 17 May 2012 (UTC)
One shot use! pretty expensive for an ingredient we cannot collect for free :/ Rudhraighe 02:57, 17 May 2012 (UTC)
The jug is part of the recipe, it gives the food an earthy aftertaste. Felix Omni Signature.png 03:03, 17 May 2012 (UTC)
Yum! High in fiber and minerals too, i'll bet. Kormon Balser User Kormon Balser Tango-dervish-icon-small.png 03:13, 17 May 2012 (UTC)
I had sort of assumed that they would be smart enough to at least put a spigot in the COOKING station, of all places... Kormon Balser User Kormon Balser Tango-dervish-icon-small.png 03:34, 17 May 2012 (UTC)
(Edit conflict) Mostly, you're paying a premium for this water because it's been filtered, boiled, and sanitized. Otherwise, you'd be using water with skelk poo in it. Which, admittedly, would add a piquant flavoring to your recipes, but it would also turn your cook shop's customers into frequent latrine customers, if'n ya know what ah mean. —Dr Ishmael User Dr ishmael Diablo the chicken.png 03:35, 17 May 2012 (UTC)
What? Even in Tyria, we cannot escape paying a premium for ...water? Asurans should work on developing a proper filtration system before breaking any more golems. – Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 05:17, 17 May 2012 (UTC)
It's especially silly if you have an Elementalist. "Can't I just cast Water Trident a couple of times into a suitable vessel?!" - Zaxares 05:53, 6 September 2012 (UTC)
Just be glad you don't have to buy a new jug of water every time you want to cast water trident... Kormon Balser User Kormon Balser Tango-dervish-icon-small.png 13:05, 6 September 2012 (UTC)

bug? Not everything is showing in list[edit]

Such as Minor Potion of Demon Slaying. It's on the list in code, but nowhere in the saved version when viewed. Previously Unsigned 21:38, 23 October 2012 (UTC)

That's because the demon-slaying potions have all been consolidated to Potion of Demon Slaying, so Minor Potion of Demon Slaying no longer contains the {{recipe}} template. Of course, if you put Potion of Demon Slaying into the table here, it will display all 6 recipes together. —Dr Ishmael User Dr ishmael Diablo the chicken.png 21:44, 23 October 2012 (UTC)
Interesting. That would be a nice change IMO but I'm not going to go around and fix every single page that affects. Previously Unsigned 10:31, 24 October 2012 (UTC)

Split recipes[edit]

This page takes 34 seconds to process, so i'd like to split it up, but artificer recipes alone take >20 seconds. Of 112 artificier recipe, 13 of them are not potions - would putting these on a separate page be acceptable? (probably remove the non-artificer recipes too to the subpage). -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 17:55, 29 August 2016 (UTC)

To clarify why I'm asking - this would put the maintenance oils ("recipe type = consumable") on a separate page to ("recipe type = potion"), and even worse, separating by type = potion still takes >20 seconds. -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 18:15, 29 August 2016 (UTC)
