September 2014 Update changes ?

Until then, registrars gave access to the guild bank. Now, they don't anymore :( -- Crazy (talk) 15:59, 12 September 2014 (UTC)

Apparently fixed with the September 30 2014 Update. The WvW Guild Registrar at the Citadel now allows access to the bank again. Separ (talk) 19:31, 30 September 2014 (UTC)
