WvW split?

So I'm watching this video and at 4:34 Elemental Bastion triggers. I've worked out that at this point in the video the ele has 616 healing power based on regeneration tick of 207. So according to the skill split it should heal for 391+(616*0.4125)= 645.1 however she heals for 861 which is the PvE version 522+(616*0.55) = 860.8. So either the skill is buggy and uses the PvE version or the split was PvE/WvW and PvP Mugesie (talk) 00:58, 13 November 2020 (UTC)

With 1248 Healing Power, the tooltip shows 1208 (= 522 + 1248 * 0.55) in PvE and 906 (= 391 + 1248 * 0.4125) in WvW. So I can't confirm this. This sounds definitely strange. --Tolkyria (talk) 01:19, 13 November 2020 (UTC)

Ok just tested with 50 healing power and it heals for 412 which is consistent with the WvW split. So either the clip was pre feb patch (most likely) or fixed recently. I should have tested myself before jumping the gun haha Mugesie (talk) 01:42, 13 November 2020 (UTC)
