Does this skill deal AoE damage, or just ignite the foes? The preceding unsigned comment was added by OutlawJoe (talkcontribs).

"Ignite target area" sounds like you ignite an area. foes inside the area get burned. --Moto Saxon 05:41, 12 November 2011 (UTC)

Animation[edit]

The old animation for this skill( [1] @1:05) before it became a burst skill was better in my opinion, now it just looks like arcing shot and its slower. ~This is all from what I've seen, haven't been able to get into the game yet.~ --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Palinois (talk).

The errors of my ways[edit]

You could have just removed it, yknow? I doubt anyone would have raised the "we don't remove comments from talk pages" card on this one ;) Also, please sign all your comments by typing ~~~~ or hitting the signature button (second to last) above the edit box --zeeZUser ZeeZ Sig.png (talk) 18:57, 4 March 2012 (UTC)

Burning Damage[edit]

1. What is the real time damage for stage 3 If Burning is a condition that deals damage over time and stacks in duration. The damage dealt by burning is determined by the following formula:

   4 * Level + 0.25 * Condition Damage per second

2. Is 1968 total damage for a level 3 for the entire 4s duration.

   Burning: 2 s (1968 damage)
   Duration: 4 s

3. Is 1968 total damage per pulse? More pulses of burning at higher adrenaline levels (pulses every 2 seconds).

   Level 1: 3 pulses
   Level 2: 4
   Level 3: 5

4. Is 1968 total damage per pulse every 2 seconds if level 3?

5. I am sure all the above examples = over kill/too much damage. So please explain the full damage of a 4s duration for Each level and if possible how it works with the burning formula?

6. Perhaps

   4 * Level + 0.25 * Condition Damage per second
   4 * 3 the level number + 0.25 * 5 for the pulses every 2 seconds
   4 * 3 + 0.25 * 5 = 61.25 but that is not 1968 damage

7. 1968 damage/ duration 4 s = 492 per sec IF 1968 is the total damage of a level 3? If true how does that work with the burning formula?

4s is the duration of the field, not the burning, and the numbers are for adrenaline level 1. Note that the page shows 3 stacks of burning (2s), for a total of 6 seconds of burning. That's three pulses; One on impact, one 2 seconds later, and another 2 seconds later when the field expires. Each additional level of adrenaline increases the field's duration by 2 seconds, adding an additional pulse of the burning condition. Since these pages use base attributes at level 80, and burning does 328 damage per second with base stats at level 80, 328*6 = 1968. Each additional level of adrenaline increases the duration of the field by 2 seconds, which means one additional pulse (and an additional 2 seconds of burning) per level. At adrenaline level 3, you'd get 5 stacks of burning (2s), so 328*10=3,280 total damage, assuming the target(s) stands in the field for the full duration. --Aspirant Fool 00:08, 1 October 2012 (UTC)

Area of effect and combo field radius[edit]

...are different. The ground target size also changes with adrenaline levels. I'll add this to the notes. Someone more wordy than myself can probably rewrite it beter, but it should do for not because decently written info > no info. --Oxyggjq (talk) 02:27, 25 August 2013 (UTC)

Projectile Counter[edit]

They work against this skill, should be added since i believe that for a long time they wouldn't work. Lou Wolfskin (talk) 17:09, 13 November 2014 (UTC)
