The note about recharge

Is that from the in-game description? It seems fairly obvious to me that the first skill in a chain wouldn't have a recharge time, but maybe I'm missing something. --Emelend 17:10, 3 September 2010 (UTC)

See it as a general attack. A flare, a power shot, or whatever you see it as. If it had a recharge time, and seeing how we can interrupt people by knocking on them, people would have to wait to chop! ge4ce 17:17, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
