Probably doesn't replace its own cripple

If someone has the time/inclination to check, the note that it replaces its cripple each time is probably incorrect -- it's more likely it works the same way that Temporal Curtain does, and if the target is already crippled then it only applies a 1 second cripple. That's why it also hits the condition stack max.
