I think traits apply to everything unless they specifically say that they only apply to a certain type of skill. So no, I think this effect applies no matter what attunement you are in. 19:22, 12 April 2012 (UTC)

mattsa's right, thats why you have to be careful where you put your trait points, though i think you can spend gold to be able to reallocate them *casually making foes catch fire with water spells* Getefix 19:37, 12 April 2012 (UTC)
