so the skill says it blinds foes, and the note says it cloaks allies. I wonder if you could use this bf engaging enemies, or to slip past patrols, with out actually engaging/aggro'ing. or does it require the blinding aspect for the allies to actually be cloaked. --Moto Saxon 23:11, 26 July 2011 (UTC)

it's a throw-down effect - no enemies have to be in the area to be blinded in order for the stealth to work. HOWEVER, it may mean that you only retain stealth while inside... I think it'd be worth looking into the stealth's duration here. ~~ Kiomadoushi 23:33, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
