Tactician Skarl is a norn member of the Vigil in charge of the Third Southern Checkpoint, a Pact camp located in the Exhumed Delve.

- We've been good at pushing back the Mordrem, but there are more up the main trail here.

- Look for a lot of Pact soldiers and a lot more Mordrem.

- I'm just holding the camp and acting as a rearguard.
