- By the waterfall southeast of the Rata Novus waypoint
- Reports from the surface detail three major powers: humans, charr, and norn. The humans and charr are at war with each other, and the norn lack a centralized government. Proof of surface idiocy.

- Complete domination of the surface by asuran guards could be achieved within 10 years. Of course, naysayers are pushing for a peaceful integration instead. Namby-pamby do-gooders.

- Perhaps the oddest monarchial rivalry I've studied is between Palawa Joko of Elona and King Thorn of Kryta. It will be interesting to see if Joko's newfound freedom will rekindle the feud.
