Sickly Quaggans are quaggans that were kidnapped by icebrood and held captive to be corrupted by the Elder Dragon Jormag's power. When found by Baroosh, Shashoo, and members of the Order, they died in the process of attempting to rescue them, only to return as icebrood shortly after.

Lore discrepancy:

This quaggan died and then was corrupted into an Icebrood before Zhaitan was killed. With Living World Season 3, it was established that Elder Dragons could only corrupt the dead with Zhaitan's magic, after Zhaitan's death.
