Dialogue[edit]

It's good to see you in Arterium Haven, <Character name>. We welcome anyone with your reputation. What can I do for you?
Talk more option tango.png What can you tell me about the hylek?
If you wander too far off the beaten path, you're bound to run into the local tribes. Just remember that the Michotl are friendly and the Cuatl are not.
Talk more option tango.png Problems with the Cuatl?
As their population outgrows the resources of their home, they raid nearby caravans and towns for supplies. Quite the determined bunch of annoying fly-eaters.
Talk more option tango.png What can you tell me about this place? (same as "What is this place?" below)
Talk end option tango.png Thanks for the warning.
Talk more option tango.png I hear you employ skritt around here...?
Skritt can be helpful. I just need to pay them enough so that they won't steal.
Talk more option tango.png What is it that they do for you?
Their hoarding behavior makes them natural supply guards, freeing my Lionguard for more challenging duties.
Talk more option tango.png What can you tell me about this place? (same as "What is this place?" below)
Talk end option tango.png I have to go.
Talk more option tango.png What is this place? (same as below)
Talk end option tango.png Interesting. I should go.
Talk more option tango.png What is this place?
This is the Arterium Haven, one of the first local havens. Our Lionguard help protect trade routes to and from Lion's Arch.
Talk more option tango.png Aren't your Lionguard far from home?
Lion's Arch isn't self-sufficient, so it's important to maintain trade routes, such as the one to and from Sparkfly Fen.
Talk more option tango.png Tell me about Lion's Arch. (same as "Lion's Arch?" below)
Talk end option tango.png Sounds fun.
Talk more option tango.png Lion's Arch?
Oh, a gem of a city! It's a hub for commerce and trade, home to every race and creed of Tyria. All are welcome.
Talk end option tango.png I'll have to visit some day.
Talk end option tango.png Interesting. Good-bye.
Talk end option tango.png I have to go.
During Defend the supplies in Arterium Haven from hylek
Look alive, these blasted frogs can come from anywhere!
Talk end option tango.png I'll watch my back.
During Escort Rikkiti as she brings a message to the Lionguard assault force
Rikkiti is on her way to Deputy Tarff to relay my orders to begin the assault on the hylek village. I'm just worried she may be waylaid by predators...or shiny things.
Tick green.png I'll make sure she gets there. which way did she go?
Talk end option tango.png I have other priorities.
During Destroy the hylek village and help the Lionguard recover their stolen supplies
Deputy Tarff is taking justice to those thieving hylek. If you can spare the time, I'm certain he wouldn't turn away any offers of help.
Tick green.png Sure, I can help.
There are many ways into Cuatl Morass. The tunnels to the east are closest, but you can loop south around Desider Atum to approach from the front. You'll find Tarff's assistant holding a position there.
Talk end option tango.png Okay.
Talk end option tango.png I've got other plans.
During Defeat the hylek chieftain
I've received word that Deputy Tarff is battling the hylek chieftain in Cuatl Morass. He's requesting reinforcements.
Tick green.png Tell me where to go, and I'm there.
