Seraph Spy Ruppel is an undercover Seraph in The Gallowfields spying on the Seanan's Bandits, along with Seraph Spy Ivy. Like Ivy, he offers a bandit disguise that allows players to infiltrate Seanan's camp.

This disguise uses an illusion that alters your base features. I'll let you into the camp as soon as it takes effect. There's also baneberry poison you can use on their food and water. Are you sure you're ready?

We were sent here on an important mission, but the bandits in the area are causing us trouble. Help our spies in Seanan's camp by poisoning rations and whatever else you can think of.

It's baneberry poison, and it'll keep its potency for a long time. It's hard to detect when added to food or water. It won't kill anyone, but it'll make them too sick to cause trouble.

We already have a few agents inside, much like yourself. If you meet any of them, try to lend them a hand, but be careful not to blow your cover or theirs.

Take whatever opportunity you can to disrupt the bandits' activities—destroy plans, rewrite ledgers, free prisoners. Just no direct attacks unless you can do so without raising suspicion.
