The Ring of Fire as it appears in the map in the novels.

The Ring of Fire, also known as the Fire Islands, is a volcanic island chain off the continent of Tyria. It is due south of the Tarnished Coast and due west of the ruins of Orr. It has been overtaken by the undead forces of Zhaitan. In the caldera of the largest volcano, Abaddon's Mouth, there is a bloodstone and the Door of Komalie.

The Ring of Fire islands have been drastically reshaped due to the rise of Orr.

[edit] Notes

  • The Ring of Fire will not be explorable in the initial release of Guild Wars 2.
